Cooking method

Take a bottle of dry red wine (0.75l). Pour wine into an enameled pan, add the contents of the packet and sugar to taste. Heat to 70 degrees, do not boil! Allow mulled wine to infuse for 30 minutes. Strain. Serve hot.


Orange (dried slices), dried grapes, Ceylon cinnamon stick, ginger root, lemon peel, star anise (star anise), whole cardamom, cloves.
